Eligibility Criteria
- Pre-Primary (Nursery, LKG, UKG): Minimum age – 3 years (as of June 1 of the academic year)
- Primary (Grades I–V) CBSE: Successful completion of the previous grade
- Middle School (Grades VI–VIII) CBSE and State: Based on previous academic performance and entrance test
- High School (Grades IX–X) CBSE and State: Admission through academic record, interaction, and entrance test
- PU College (I & II Year): Pass
in SSLC/Class X Examination (State/CBSE/ICSE/Equivalent)
Science Streams: PCMB / PCMC
Commerce Stream: EBAC
How to Apply
Enquiry & Registration: Parents can submit an enquiry form online or visit the school office.
Application Form: Complete the form with student and parent details, attach required documents.
Entrance Test/Interaction: Conducted for certain classes to assess readiness.
Confirmation: Interaction with Academic Coordinator about Entrance Test performance
Fee Payment: Admission confirmed after payment of the prescribed fees.
Orientation: Parents and students attend orientation to understand school policies and culture.

B.M. Murthy Talent Exam (BMMTE)
Empowering Rural Talent through Education
- The B.M. Murthy Talent Exam (BMMTE) is an annual scholarship examination instituted in memory of our founder, Late Sri B.M. Murthy, with the vision of supporting and nurturing bright students from rural areas.
- Each year, around 800 students from various rural schools participate in this competitive exam, which aims to identify and encourage academic excellence among young learners.
- A total of 20 meritorious students — 10 each from Grade 5 and Grade 8 — are awarded the prestigious B.M. Murthy Scholarship, which supports their continued education at Gnana Jyothi School and PU College.
- At present, 60 students are actively benefiting from this scholarship program. Over the years, more than 100 scholarship recipients have successfully pursued higher education in various fields, reflecting the long-term impact of this noble initiative on the lives of deserving rural students.
Charitable Programs:Free education for deserving children, health check-up camps, environmental initiatives, and women empowerment workshops.
